SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

Known all men by these present that, I Mr. Ummer koya Mullungal the
undersigned and Indian national holing an EID NO: 784-1972-9584752-5 and
passport no: Z3070412 in my capacity as a co-owner of the license titled
Royal Craft Gifts Market LLC Abu Dhabi, issued by the department of
economic development, Abu Dhabi under no. CN-2024788 do hereby appoint
and constitute Mr. Muhammed Ijas Parambil Muhammed Ismail, an Indian
national holding an EID No: 784-1990-1614107-1 and passport No: J3358554
as my true and mentioned license, sell and transfer, my share whether to
himself or to third parties, terminate the partnership, modify the trade name
to any other name as may be deemed appropriate, bring a partner in or out
of the said license, sign before the notary public to complete procedures of
any modification related to the said license, finalize, complete, receive,
deliver, submit and sign all the transactions, paper and document in relation
to the license before all the governmental and semi-governmental
authorities, companies, firms, corporations, individuals, the notary public, the
department of public health, the Ministry of labor, the Ministry of social
affairs, the Ministry of interior, the Ministry of foreign affairs, the Ministry of
defense, the Ministry of economy, the Ministry of trade, the Ministry of
health, the Department of health, the General directorate of residence and
foreign affairs, court of all types and degrees, the department of traffic and
licensing, Abu Dhabi urban planning council. Police station, Police GHQ,
Airports, Ports, Customs, Post offices, Communications, Civil defense,
Department of economic development, the centre of waste management,
Abu Dhabi sewage services company, Abu Dhabi food control authority,
Emirates telecommunications corporation (Etisalat), Emirates integrated
telecommunications company (Du), Critical infrastructure and coastal
protection authority (CICPA), Department of procurement and councils of all
types, submit, deliver and sign documents, obtain telephone, fax and any
other connections, send my normal and express mail, receive the messages
related to the license and delegate the above powers to a third party under
special power of attorney.
