Exceed creating a worlds leading Classification & Rating System
for Bahrain
We have been assign to execute a new state of art Classification & Rating system for
hotels in Bahrain, aims to upgrade the standard of hotels offering quality standard,
control, transparency, comfort to tourist arriving Bahrain. The system will be linked to
social media via Olery system to monitor the services offered and guest satisfaction.
Enhancement of the Classification for Hotels in the Emirate
of Abu Dhabi
Work commenced on 23rd October 2012 and will be completed by 01st May 2013.
This project, executed by Exceed Hospitality, aims to enhance the existing Hotel
Classification system in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi to become a Worlds leading system.
Project objectives include the addition of a 5 star plus awards program, tailor made
product classification, and the use of social media in the system. Guiding principles are
transparency, control, sustainability, and exclusivity.
Wyndham Grand Hotel project at Bahrain Bay
Exceed Hospitality is the Hospitality Consultant for the Twisted building 5 star Wyndham
Grand Hotel at Bahrain Bay Currently under development, the five-star Wyndham Grand
Manama is expected to open by the end of next year with more than 260 spacious
guest rooms ranging from 46 to 120 square metres (approximately 495 to 1,290 square
feet). Covering 14 floors of a 50-storey mixed use development, it will also comprise
500 square metres (nearly 5,400 square feet) of meeting space and a 900-square-metre
ballroom (equivalent to nearly 9,700 square feet) on the buildings top floor, offering
stunning sea views. Complemented by indoor and outdoor infinity swimming pools
and separate health clubs for men and women, the development will also include five
food and beverage outlets catering to a variety of tastes.

their first food & beverage mall in Ehsaa City Saudi Arabia. Aiming to attract anchor
concepts in F&B with its unique Californian design mall.

Location: Lagoon Amwaj Island
The inspiration for the brand obtained from many French elements to reflect the
true French caf starting from color, pattern and name chosen extended to the
dcor, which is enriched with macaroon color and Versailles pattern creating a
warmth, comfort and welcoming atmosphere.
Exceed is responsible for the full scope of work for this unique project from
branding, Architect, construction, kitchen design, menu engineer, operating
equipment, manuals, recruitment, training, until opening on 20th January 2013.
