Risk Assessment Hazard Checklist

Below is a list of the particular hazards associated with the work carried out onboard
our vessels. The list is a guide only, and represents the minimum hazards associated
with a particular item. You should go through the list and identify any hazards that
relate to the task you are doing. This list is not exhaustive and you should add any you
feel are relevant.
