GRC Weekly Report

GRC Weekly Report is from Monday to Sunday of that month.

Incident Ticket :Take a Excel file for incident from SNOW as follows
1)Go to SNOW --- Reports --- view/run --- NEW
2)Select Type as List , Table as incident(incident)
3)In columns table mark the Number, Requester, Priority ,Incident status
,Assigned to, Summary, Closed as selected.
4)Add filter condition

Choose field as Assignment group , oper as is , value as


chemtura_APPS_HCL-GRC Security.
5)Run the report and export to excel sheet.
6)From excel sheet, note down the no . of P1,P2,P3,P4,P5 incidents, no. of
closed incidents,
no .of pending and no .of incidents which are in work in
progress.
7)Make a table of P1,P2,P3,P4,P5 and draw the graph in the weekly report
ppt.

Task :Take a Excel file for incident from SNOW as follows


1)Go to SNOW --- Reports --- view/run --- NEW
2)Select Type as List , Table as Task(task)
3)In columns table mark the Number, Requester, Incident status ,Assigned
to, Summary, Closed as selected.
4)Add filter condition

Choose field as Assignment group , oper as is , value as


chemtura_APPS_HCL-GRC Security.
5)Add another filter condition by using AND

6)Run the report and export to excel sheet.


7)From the excel sheet, note down the no . of closed successfully, Pending,
work in progress tasks , after that make a table and draw the graph.

SR Role change status:For SR Role change status , execute ZIW58 t code in CHP system with below
points
a) Put effect as 0
b) The names for created by are
RBOBNAR,SWASHING,PCHIODI,PGUPTA1,KVADLAKU,SS1(Members of
GRC Security team).
c) Dates from Monday to Sunday
d) Notification status as completed

Execute and export to excel sheet. From the excel sheet note down
no . of SRS which are in closed ,Pending and WIP status, make a table and
draw the graph.

For the 5th Slide, make a table of Active SAP SRS (which are in pending
state except MPRD,IMPL,RPRD,BMAP,WBRN) which are created by the off
shore members.
For example:-

GRC Request :For preparing GRC Request by status and GRC Request by type tables Go to
GRP system and execute NWBC t code
NWBC -- > Access management tab -- > Access Request Administration -- >
search request -- >
Request number as * -- > Export to Excel sheet

From Excel sheet filter the Due date (weekly dates) and team as
GRC Security team members. Make the tables as follows

For the 6th slide , we have to prepare a graph for the weekly
termination reports.
For the 7th slide , we have to prepare a graph for the no .of
incidents of P1,P2,P3,P4,P5 which are occurred for the whole month.
For the 8th slide , we have to prepare a graph for the no .of
incidents with status as closed successfully, closed unsuccessfully of that
particular month.
For the 9th slide , Snow Incident SLA analysis :- check whether
any incident is SLA breached or not , If breached note down the number in
table as follows
