INTRODUCTION
Barkada Game Hub is a game parlor that operated in 2012 and it provides full
entertainment and community for game enthusiasts, new user, and hangout and
entertainment seekers. The flagship location of this company is in Maginhawa, Quezon
City. With this location seeing an increase of thousand people each week with the
recent completion of the Food Street, Barkada Game Hub is aiming to improve
customer visits by leveraging the quality and quantity of games offered and provide best
ambiance lounge and gaming experience in 3D.
PROBLEMS
What approach can Barkada Game Hub use in order for them to be unique from
other local game hubs and competitors?
How can Barkada Game Hub increase the number of their customers despite
their location?
How can Barkada Game Hub improve their establishments to be more appealing
to the customers?
SOLUTION
Providing gaming consoles along with high definitions videos and big screen will
let the gamers play what they cannot even imagine.
Offer free shuttle to their establishments and by promoting their business by
using number of location based services such Google places, Facebook Places,
Foursquare and Yelp in order to attract the customers.
In order to be more appealing to customers, Barkada Game hub can consider
remodeling the interior which can provide good ambiance. Students and other
people prefer an entertainment hub that is cozy or pleasing environment.
