Please find the below steps to replicate the error.

1. Open Excel 2007.


2. Select Data from the Menu bar

3. Select From Other Sources.


4. Select From Data Connection Wizard.
5. Select Other/Advanced.

6. Click Next.
7. Select HANA MDX Provider.

8. Click Next.
9. Provide the system details.

10.Click on Test Connection.

11.Select the appropriate project from the dropdown.

12.Click Finish and OK.


Then I am getting the following error.
