ABSTRACT

The motive of the proposed project is to automate the


process of applying for bonafide & fees structure certificates which is
being done manually till date in the department. The main drawback
with the existing system is that, since everything is done manually there
is delay in getting the certificates. Secondly, everything is to be
maintained through paper work, which has to be preserved for future
reference. Finally,the students need to check with the office regularly for
the certificates. All these drawbacks can be overcome by automating
the certificate applying process and it minimize the human intervention
by creating a web based application for automation. The system if
applied will lead to the betterment of the institution, and also avoid
issues mentioned above.
