Prepare for File Upload

1. Organize and name the files as you would like them to appear in
the site.
2. Log onto CourseSites with an instructor account.
3. Enter the course that you would like to upload files to by clicking
on it.
4. Turn Edit Mode on. (Figure 1)

Upload Files to the Course Content Collection


1. Enter the course content collection by clicking on Content
Collection, and then the course. (Figure 2)
2. Hover over upload, and then click on Upload Files. (Figure 3)
3. Choose single file or multiple files. (Figure 4)

4. Browse and select file(s) to upload. (Figure 4)


5. If you would like to keep track of file versions, select Enable
Versioning within the Select Options area.
6. Click on Submit.

Replace a File in the Course Content Collection


1. Enter the course content collection by clicking on Content
Collection, and then the course. (Figure 5)
2. Locate the file to be replaced do not select the file. (Figure 6)
3. Open the options menu for the file hover over the file name and
click on the gray circle to the right. (Figure 6)
4. Select Overwrite File. (Figure 6)
5. Browse and select the file to upload.
6. Click on Submit.

Edit File Settings (Name, Versioning, Etc.)


1. Enter the course content collection by clicking on Content
Collection, and then the course. (Figure 7)
2. Locate the file do not select the file. (Figure 8)
3. Open the options menu for the file hover over the file name and
click on the gray circle to the right. (Figure 8)
4. Select Edit Settings. (Figure 8)
5. Make the edits.
6. Click on Submit.

View Versions of a File


1. Enter the course content collection by clicking on Content
Collection, and then the course. (Figure 9)
2. Locate the file do not select the file. (Figure 10)
3. Open the options menu for the file hover over the file name and
click on the gray circle to the right. (Figure 10)
4. Select 360 View. (Figure 10)
5. Scroll to the Versions area.
6. Click on the version that you would like to view.
