Role & Responsibilities


Understand Technical specifications and complete the assignments given with
guidance
Deliver high quality formally tested code
Follows prevailing practices regarding documentation, coding standards,
development tools
Understand and use the overall development approach of the organization
Create low level design - flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts
Ability to pick up new technologies rapidly and to convert specs to low level design
Good knowledge of Software Development Fundamentals, Software Development
Process.
Working knowledge of Multiple Platforms is desirable
Programming in High level language / Scripting
Knowledge of data structures and their application
Software Profiling and Performance tuning
Database concepts
Mobile / Web development
User experience design
Final Accounts / Taxation / Banking
Some Business Process like Retail, Sales, Order-Cash
