You are being considered for the post of "Software Developer in Matlab @ Softroniics.
Position Offered:
Trainee
Renumeration:
Rs 7000 (May vary according to performance)
Contract Period:
1 Month
Other Employment related Information:
During your contract period as "Trainee", you will be regularly appraised through oral or written
communication by your Team Leader (TL).
Trainee will receive remuneration at the end of trainee period on successful completion.
Candidate proving his/her competence have a unique opportunity to get absorbed as "Junior
Software Developer" after the stipulated period of 1 month. That is, if a candidate is consistently
scoring above CGPA 7.0 in the monthly evaluation based on performance in daily reporting,
attendance, time taken to complete the tasks assigned, project completion etc, He/She
will

be absorbed for the next position from the second month onwards.

Trainee is not supposed to use mobile phone, facebook or whatsapp kind of applications during the
working hours. Also not supposed to take more leaves than permitted.

Trainee may have to work in either shift (9:00am to 5:30pm) or shift (09:30am to 6:00pm) as per
the requirements.
If the trainee discontinue during the period of trainee period, any kind of certification
or payment will not be provided. Trainee is not expected to attend any interviews during the
period.
