Crosslinking with melamine formaldehyde resin is normally carried out by the standard
curing method. At a temperature of 150C, the crosslinking time is 3 - 4 minutes. At
higher crosslinking temperatures and/or with stronger catalysts, the crosslinking time
is reduced to 20 - 30 seconds.

Selected products:
TUBASSIST FIX 785 is highly concentrated melamin based resin for improving
fastness level of pigment printing.
TUBICOAT FIXIERER HT increases the degree of crosslinking in polymer dispersions
and especially used for water and oil repellent finishes. Water- and oil-repellent effects
and their durability can be significantly improved by the addition of TUBICOAT
FIXIERER HT.
TUBASSIST FIX 201 T provides high crease and shrink resistant effect on cellulosic
fibres or their blends. Good durability of the finishing effects. TUBASSIST FIX 201 T
has good stability and solubility.
TUBASSIST FIX 535 has low formaldehyde content compared with this type of resins.
It improves properties of pigment prints and has good durability after treatment.
Depending on application amount, TUBASSIST FIX 535 has stiffning and filling
properties on synthetic fibres.
