Greetings from CBEST!
We would like to make a reservation for our Acquaintance Party on 11th day of August 2016 from
1:00pm to 6:00PM in the evening, at your CCF-Function Hall.
We found your function hall to be the most suitable venue for our activity since it has all the
necessary facilities. We would require making use of the furniture such as tables and chairs, and
the available drum set. Rest assured that we will maintain the venue in good condition.
We would also like to know how much will it cost for using the venue especially for the
consumable electricity.
We would be very grateful for your approval.
