ROLESUMMARY
TheroleofSeniorSoftwareEngineer(SSE)intheProductDevelopmentteaminOpenetistoanalyse
requirements,agreewithArchitectsandSMEshowbesttodelivertherequirements,agreetestand
acceptancecriteriawithteamQA,andwritesoftwarethatimplementstherequirements.SSEsworkina
multidisciplinaryteamenvironmentaccordingtoAgiledevelopmentprinciplesandroles.TheSSEwill
developcomplexsoftwarecomponentsandbeabletocommunicateinameaningfulwaytopeersand
internalcustomersalike.TheSSEisresponsibleforensuringtheuseofengineeringconceptsinaccordance
withOpenetsengineeringobjectivestosolvecomplexproblemsincreativeandeffectiveways.The
successfulapplicantwillbejoininganexistingteamtofurtherdevelopOpenetsNetworkSelection
IntelligencesolutionandwillhaveopportunitiestodeveloptheirexperienceinJavawebapplication
development,AndroiddevelopmentandNetworkawaresoftwaredevelopment.
