Problem statement
 A mailing list program has to be made for a school to handle student inquiries who
wish to enroll for one or more part-time courses. The enquiring student could be a
prospective student or be an existing student. The school also wants to use the
mailing list for its semi-annual clearance sale of stationery, souvenirs, equipments,
etc. If the school adds a student, the database must contain:
 Name
 Address (two lines)
 The date the student called for information
 Primary and emergency telephone numbers
 The date the student would like to enroll
 The date an enrollment application was sent to the student
 Whether the student has medical experience
 Whether the student will pay cash or prefers the installment plan






Enquiry could be accepted over phone, mode of payment could be cash / installment
Any error handling routine or ways to avoid error ?
Any user friendly message for fields
Vendor information also to be maintained through the same application
Help screens needed, credit rating of the student has to be entered on a scale of 1-8
and students with bad CR to pay in cash only
