Rule220. BirthCertificates
TheRegistrarofTitlesisauthorizedtoreceiveforregistrationofmemorialsuponany
outstandingcertificateoftitleanofficialbirthcertificatepertainingtoaregisteredowner
namedinsaidcertificateoftitleshowingthedateofbirthofsaidregisteredowner,
providingthereisattachedtosaidbirthcertificateanaffidavitofanaffiantwhostatesthat
he/sheisfamiliarwiththefactsrecited,statingthatthepartynamedinsaidbirthcertificate
isthesamepartyasoneoftheownersnamedinsaidcertificateoftitleandthatthereafter
theRegistrarofTitlesshalltreatsaidregisteredownerashavingattainedtheageofthe
majorityatadate18yearsafterthedateofbirthshownbysaidcertificate.
