Memorandum

The memorandum directs all regional directors of the Commission on Higher Education (CHED) to submit data on higher education institutions offering Ladderized Education Programs in their respective regions for the past two academic years. The directors are asked to have the institutions complete attached forms providing details of the ladderized programs offered, the number of students enrolled in technical-vocational education and training (TVET) courses embedded in bachelor's degree programs, and the number of TVET graduates who continued their studies in the bachelor's programs. Additional information on the programs and their benefits to graduates may also be included. All data must be submitted by August 19, 2016.
