Course Overview
Prescience Technology is an Oracle Platinum Partner and specialist provider
of Primavera Services. This Prescience course introduces the user to Oracle
Primavera P6 version 8.3 Professional Client. It explores P6 navigation and
core functionality and demonstrates how to build a project from start to
finish. Course content incorporates the best practice principles for project
execution and management and is highly recommended to get you up and
running with P6.
Course Structure
& Certification
This is a two-day Instructor Led Training (ILT) training course facilitated by P6
experts with wide industry experience.
It includes a number of learner activities and formal assessment along with
easy-to-use learner materials designed to support during and beyond training.
Course Objectives
This course aims to:
1. Provide an introduction to Oracle Primavera P6 v8.3 Professional as an
Enterprise Portfolio Project Management (EPPM) tool.
2. Demonstrate how to build a project in P6.
3. Explore how to execute and optimise the project.
4. Introduce and explore the Visualiser reporting tool.
5. Equip the learner with a level of competency that enables them to use P6
in the workplace
Target Audience
This course is aligned to the competency requirements of the new Primavera
P6 Professional user.

There are no prerequisites for this course.

The assessment of knowledge and skill development is based on the following:
