    With due respect, I lay a few lines for your favorable consideration. I am Surriya
    Parveen, student of MAPC second year (Session June 2015-2016) with Enrolment
    NO: 146420036. I made a request about change in name, which was accepted by
    regional centre and they sent me hall ticket (Hall Ticket attached with mail) with
    correct spelling of my name (Surriya Parveen). But on the other hand in my grade
    card (attached with mail) still the spelling of my name are incorrect (Surryya
    Parveen) according to my prior request. Please change correct it according to my
    request, I shall be very thankful to you for this kindness.
