Competition Rules
1. All entries must be submitted on the MyGov website in the form of one
PowerPoint file, with PDF version of the same file.
2. Only those entries which are received on MyGov platform by 25 th August 2016
will be considered for appraisal.
3. All entries will be screened for compliance with competition guidelines and
requirements.
4. The competitors will be abstain from disagreements or criticism of the audit
reports.
5. All competition designs, including those disqualified or rejected by the Jury,
will be exhibited for 3 days, together with a copy of the signed report of the
Jury members. The exhibition will be hosted/sponsored by the concerned
SPV and will be open to public free of charge.
Submission Guidelines
1. The design entries will be presented in the form of maximum 15 Power point
slides.
2. The entry can contain text and free hand drawings and sketches and/or
drafted drawings. The author of each entry is free to use colours as
appropriate.
3. Any photographic images used in the entry must carry the credits for each
image used.
4. The language for the entries should be English. Local language may also be
used.
5. Quantities and numbers must be given in metric units.

Selection Process
1. Selection of shortlisted entries will be conducted by teams assigned by the
SPV.
2. Shortlisted entries will be presented before a jury comprising five members.
Prizes
1. The top three competitors in each city will be awarded the First, Second and
Third prizes respectively.
2. The top three prizes will carry a citation and a cash award.
3. The First prize of Rs 50,000, Second prize of Rs 30,000 & Third prize of Rs
15,000
4. The prizes will be announced on MyGov & Indore Smart City website.
5. The winning entries will also be showcased on MyGov & Indore Smart City
website.

6. The SPV may provide the benefit of putting a plaque with the name of the
winning applicant; however, this would not be a matter of right for applicants.
