    This Green Channel Status will be governed by terms and conditions contained in Correction Slip
    No. 36 dated 18.12.2012, 39 dated 23.01.2013 & 40 dated 25.04.2013 to DGS&D Manual available on
    DGS&D website (www.dgsnd.gov.in).
    3.
    The Green Channel firms including those granted Green Channel CertificateslFacilities earlier are
    required to deposit an irrevocable Bank Guarantee of Rs. 50 lakhs as security to effect recovery against
    established complaint on quality for supplies made against Supply Order placed under the DGS&D Rate
    Contract. It shall be given in favour of 'Directorate General of Supplies & Disposals, New Delhi' from any
    Indian Scheduled or its affiliated Banks, to be valid for 15 months or 3 months beyond the validity of Green
    Channel Certificate, whichever is later.
    This Certificate is applicable only for DGS&D Rate Contracts and not for any other purpose.
    This Certificate supersedes Green Channel Status Certificate issued earlier by this office, if any~
    This certificate is valid up to 13.11.2014.
