2.Objective & Scope of the Project:
-To create awareness to its customers about mutual fund.
-To make them aware of online portfolio of ICICI Direct.
- To analyze the customer behavior towards mutual fund.
3.Brief Details about the Research Topic- I have to make call to
the existing client and take appointment from them. I have to meet
them and give them demo and take feedback regarding mutual fund
whether they are interested in mutual fund or not.

- I have to meet ICICI securities customers and have to tell them about
mutual fund and its benefits.
- I have to show mutual fund and ICICI Direct demo to customers.
- I am responsible to solve their queries about mutual fund.
- If customers want to know about online portal and online trading I
have to give them site demo.
- I have to make customer fill up one online feedback form.

filled by customers.

Sample size : sample of 50 customers of ICICI securities will be taken
into study and their data will be collected.
Research design : Research design is Descriptive.
Type of research : collection of data (Primary) by:
- Questionnaire.
- Face to face interaction.

9.Problems being faced in the field:
- Most of the customers of ICICI mutual fund simplified are inactive for
long time.
- Some of the customers are unaware of ICICI securities limited.

- Some are having negative thoughts like if they invest they will bear a
heavy loss.

This method was adopted because it helps to procuring data and detail
information from the respondents. Here I collected data by filling
questionnaires, directly talking to the respondents
11. Data analysis : In my project there are two types of
respondents.
Some are interested in mutual fund and they are already investing in it.
And some are not interested in mutual fund because they relate it to
the share market and they fear to bear a heavy loss. 30-40% people
are interested and remaining 60-70% people are not interested.
