The Carbon Pro Matrix technology has been

successfully developped by Vuelta Italy and Giant Light Metal.
for the racing rims in the past 3 years: now for
he 2008 range of products Vuelta Italy introduces
a full range of Carbon Matrix frames, with a new patented

sophisticated Carbon Pro Matrix process, derivated from the
aerospace and aircraft industry, for the first time applied in
the bicycle frames: thanks to the adoption of the best
performances of special aluminunium alloys and of the
carbon fibers we are proud to introduce a full range of Carbon Pro Matrix frames: we are able to reduce the thickness
of the alloy tubes and create an extremerly light triple butted frame reinforced with the carbon fibers: this allows to
increase the latheral strength by 50% and the shocs resistance by over 100%: all the Carbon Pro Matrix frames supplied
by Vuelta Italy pass the new CEN European Norms EN14764, EN14766 and EN14781: this Carbon ProMatrix technology
applied to the frames opens very wide possibilities of improving the weight and the durability of the high and middle
range bicycles.

Carbon Pro Matrix technology

The Carbon Pro Matrix technology has been successfully developped by Vuelta Italy and Giant Light Metal
38 for the racing rims in the past 3 years: now for the 2008 range of products Vuelta Italy introduces
a full range of Carbon Matrix frames, with a new patented sophisticated Carbon Pro Matrix process,
derivated from the aerospace and aircraft industry, for the first time applied in the bicycle frames:
thanks to the adoption of the best performances of special aluminunium alloys and of the carbon fibers
we are proud to introduce a full range of Carbon Pro Matrix frames: we are able to reduce the thickness of the
alloy tubes and create an extremerly light triple butted frame reinforced with the carbon fibers: this allows to
increase the latheral strength by 50% and the shocs resistance by over 100%: all the Carbon Pro Matrix frames
supplied by Vuelta Italy pass the new CEN European Norms EN14764, EN14766 and EN14781: this
Carbon ProMatrix technology applied to the frames opens very wide possibilities of improving the weight
and the durability of the high and middle range bicycles.
