Board of Governors of NITIE approved the revision of Tuition fee, other charges, and Deposits,
for the new batches of PG Programmes (2013-2015) as given below:

The amount of Tuition fee for new batch of students of PG Programmes uniformly, viz. PGDIE
PGDIM, PGDISEM and PGDITM, for the next three years, will be as follows:

Financial Assistance

GATE qualifiers get GOI teaching assistantship of Rs.8000/- per month and a
contingency Grant of Rs 5000/- per year. SC/STcandidates are granted

contingency Grant of Rs 5000/- per year. SC/STcandidates are granted


financial assistance as per the scheme of Govt. of Indiavide letters NO.
11016/19/2005.SCD-I dated 21.6.2007 & 19012/36/05-Education dated
27.6.2007 subject to thesatisfactory fulfillment of terms and conditions
mentioned therein..

Every PGDIE Student receiving TA is required to undertake 8-10 hours per


week of work related to teaching and research activities as assigned to
him/her by the Institute.

Students must secure a first class or equivalent CGPA/Grade during the first
semester and the second semester examinations, to become eligible for
continuance of teaching assistantship during the second semester and the
third semester respectively.
