    WARNING LETTER

    The Management

    Date: May 08, 2016

    Subject: Warning
    Dear Mr.Samarullah,

    We bring to your attention that management has received complains about


    your conduct with the other staffs. There are also complains of you are using
    phone (facebook, film and other social media) while driving and duty time
    which is prohibited.
    We consider it as the serious breach of conduct and take it as an act of using
    mobile while driving. We warn you of strict actions if you dont improve your
    behavior and bring changes in your conduct. We hope that you will work in
    coordination with your staff to bring good results.
    The company has to right take legal action and punishment if you could
    follow.
    Note: Mobile use is strictly prohibited between duty time. Only calling is
    allowed.
    We expect you to have a good behavior and observe good conduct hereafter.
