Case Study eKYC Solution New PDF

The document describes an eKYC solution implemented by IDmission for a global money transfer client. The client processes over 2 million transactions per month through 120,000 agent locations but regulators require customers to prove their identity at each transaction. IDmission configured their INFORM solution to allow customers to furnish their Aadhaar number and fingerprint to an agent, who then sends it to the UIDAI server to authenticate the identity and return demographic details without needing physical documents. This provides real-time identity verification, digitizes all data, eliminates paper costs, and improves compliance and customer experience.
