    Download and install the latest version of the CAP2 program on your service laptop. The program can
    be downloaded from the EMC Services Partner Web via PowerLink.

    The default install directory for the CAP2 program is: C:\Program Files\CAP2
    FBI will also be installed in the C:\Program Files\CAP2 directory.

    If your service activity includes attaching hosts, then download the applicable EMCGrab and/or
    EMCReports from the CLARiiON GS Website or the EMC Services Partner Web via PowerLink.
    HP-UX, Solaris: use HA validation tool within CAP2
    Linux, AIX, and Tru64: Download EMCGrab
    Windows: Download EMCReports
    If you will be using the High Availability Validation Tool (HAVT) to verify the high-availability of hosts,
    then download the Server Utility for those host operating systems that you will be checking.
    Notes:
    you must use 6.22.20 or later version of the server utility
    the utility has to be installed on each host
    6.22.20 and later versions can co-exist with a host agent
