Dear Yogendra ,
We are pleased to offer you an appointment as Sr. Technical Recruiter. This offer is valid to join us on or before 15.09.2015
Terms and Conditions:
You will be on probation for a period of 6 months from the date of your joining duties. The period of probation can be extended at the sole discretion
of the Management. Upon completion of the period of probation and subject to your performance being found satisfactory you will be confirmed in
your employment by a letter of confirmation. During the period of probation, you have to give 30 days notice to the company to leave from the
service or 30days Gross salary in lieu thereof. At the same time company can terminate your service without giving any reason or notice period
salary.
In accordance with our discussions we will issue our Companys email id on the day of acceptance of this offer for sole purpose of IDCs Business
Development & the use of the email id shall be governed by IDCs IT Policy from the date of signing this Offer.
Your gross salary per annum, joining documents details, attendance and leave policy would be as per the attached Annexure-A and B.
As informed, your place of posting shall be at Noida. However, organization reserves the rights to transfer you to and / or utilize your services in any
of the companys offices, work sites or associated or affiliated companies located within the country or abroad.
A detailed Appointment Letter and Employment Service Agreement setting out terms and conditions of your appointment shall be issued to you
subsequent to your completing the joining formalities.
If any provision of this Agreement should be held invalid, illegal or unenforceable, then, in such event, the remainder of the Agreement shall still be
and continue to be in full force and effect as if such invalid, illegal or unenforceable provision had been deleted from or never included in this
Agreement.
This Agreement shall be construed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India & all the disputes, If Any, shall be referred to the competent
court in Noida (UP).
Your offer has been made based on the information furnished by you. However, if there is a discrepancy in the copies of the documents/certificates
given by you as a proof in support of the above, the company reserves the right to revoke the offer & later your appointment thereafter at any time.

Copy of relieving/Experience letters from the present (original) & all previous employers
Last 3 months salary slips in (original).
Copy of Passport.
Six passport size photographs (Color).
Copy of PAN card.
Tax Certificate/Form 16 of previous employers for the current financial year.
ID/ Address Proof (DL/Pan Card/Electricity Bill/Telephone Bill/Election Card etc.)
Salary will be credited in HDFC/SBI Bank through Bank transfer only. You have to submit the Bank account number along
with a copy of the cheque/passbook at the time of joining. Fail to do so your salary will be on hold till opening the account
with any of these banks and will be credited in the next salary cycle only.
Attendance and Leave Policy:
Every employee is eligible to get 1 CL (including sick leave) and 1EL in a month. If the employee joined before 15th of the
month he or she is eligible for the leaves of the joining month and after 15th not eligible for any leave for. CL can be taken
every month with the prior approval of his or her department head but not more than 2 days continuously. If it is more than 2
days, EL will be deducted. An employee can take the EL two times in a calendar year and not every month with the prior
approval of his or her department head. Normally it will be applicable for long/continuous leaves only but maximum 30 days
at a time. Even one EL approved or taken he or she will lose one chance out of the two chances in a calendar year. EL will be
added in leave account every month and eligible to enjoy after 6 month from the Date of Joining only. EL balance will be
carried forwarded to the next calendar year and CL will be lapsed on 31st of December every year. In case of resignation of an
employee, EL balance will be payable along with the full and final payments and calculations will be on basic salary only.
Every employee should be taken the prior approval for the leaves except emergency sick leaves from the HOD. Otherwise it
will consider as Leave without pay and two days salary will be deducted against one day absent. In case of SICK leave, Leave
application should be submitted and get the approval on rejoining day. For more than 2 days continuous sick leave, medical
certificate to be produced. Holidays will also consider as leaves if it is in the middle of the leaves. For example if Friday and
Monday on leave, leave will be calculated as 4 days not 2 days. It is applicable for all holidays. 9 hours is login hours from the
Monday to Friday including 1 hour lunch break. Below 8 hours will be calculated as half days.
