    Sexual Harassment
    What is sexual harassment? As talked about during the seminar, sexual
    harassment is unwelcome sexual advances, requests for sexual favors, and other
    verbal
    or physical conduct of a sexual nature that tends to create a hostile or offensive
    work
    environment. And in other words sexual harassment is a form of sex
    discrimination that
    occurs in the workplace.
    Any of us can be a victim of sexual harassment may the victim be a man or a
    woman both sexualities can be victims of sexual harassment. Nowadays sexual
    harassment is everywhere in your workplace, in your school, in a bus all places even
    in
    your house. If there was an act of sexual desire showing motives.
    Many have been victims of this crime and many are still to be victims of
    these
    typically women. But, we have been secured that at least when we are being
    harassed
    we have every right to sue the person. Different gestures can be a means of sexual
    harassment already even the way a person looks at you can be filed a case on
    sexual
    harassment. Which is good as for me so people will have the fear of taking
    advantage
    of someone. This seminar was really helpful for at least we know our grounds and
    rights
    that in the near future when we are already employees and we are being attacked
    of
    sexual harassment let us say for example of our boss, even if he is our boss we
    know that
    we under his power can sue him for his illegal act and sexual intention.
