What is EZBuy e-Sourcing Application

Note to suppliers
EZBuy is web based application which allows suppliers and buyers to collaborate online to
expedite the sourcing process.
Enables and facilitates the exchange of information between buyers and sellers ensuring a fair
but competitive environment
- The main functions included in the EZBuy suite are:

Self-service Supplier Information Management and registration
eSourcing including tendering and requests for information, proposal and quotation (Rfx)
The ability to conduct reverse auctions where appropriate
Interactive contract development, drafting and negotiation
All supplier proposals/responses must be submitted through the EZBuy application
Step 1: Email Notification from EZBuy

You will receive an e-mail invitation like above to participate in an
event.
Please note this link is only valid for the initial registration and log-in;
Use axiata.supplier.ariba.com link for any subsequent log-ins

Step 2: Ariba Commerce Cloud Profile
If you already HAVE a profile

established, click on the link to enter
your existing Ariba account and link it
with Axiata Group
Click Continue to create your Ariba

Link your existing Ariba Account to Axiata Group
Click Password
Click Username
Click Continue
Step 2B : Create Your Ariba Commerce Cloud Profile
Enter your user account

information.
Your e-mail address will

serve as your username.
If you do not want this to
be your user name,
uncheck the box stating:
use my e-mail as my
username and enter
your username.

that buyer and supplier.

Step 5 : How to Fill up Supplier Profile Questionnaire?

Visibility Conditions
When GST Registration Status field is

set to Registered. You will notice a
field GST Registration Number
immediately below it. However,
once the GST Registration Status
field is set to Foreign, the field for
GST Registration Number is hidden
By design, specific content in the Supplier Profile Questionnaire has

visibility conditions. This means the supplier only answers questions that
are applicable to them.
