Important Instructions for Candidate: All the candidates desirous of taking admission are required to apply online on

(www.psbte.gov.in) as per procedure mentioned below: Step 1 - Online Registration System: It is must for all the candidates to register online
for participating in the On-line counseling. Fill all the fields as per the instructions on
the registration page.
1. Under above heading, four options as mentioned below will appear: Diploma:
LEET:
Pharmacy:
MOP:

For Admission to 1st Year of three year Diploma Course


For Admission to 2nd Year of Diploma Course through Lateral Entry
For Admission to Two year Diploma in Pharmacy
For Admission to Diploma in Modern Office Practice

Please choose the appropriate option, in which you want to take admission.
(Candidate has to fill the relevant Registration Form)
2. Eligibility: Available on Home page of this site (www.psbte.gov.in).
3. The candidate has to fill Registration form by providing correct and accurate data.
Personal Details
Please fill the personal details very carefully as per instructions mentioned below:

Mothers Name
Date of Birth
(The candidate should enter above details as given in matriculation School
Certificate of Board/University.
Gender: Select Male or Female or Transgender
Category: Select the correct one you belong to SC / ST or non SC/ ST.
Nationality: Indian
Correspondence Address: Enter your correct address for any further
correspondence.
Mobile No. and e-mail ID: Candidate should enter a valid Mobile Number and Email
ID as information related to registered Application number to access the admission
site will be sent on the mobile number as well as on email ID as mentioned by the
candidate in this form.

Options filled by the candidate in the application form cannot be changed after the
closure of Registration under any circumstances.

Applicant data will be displayed and the applicant can review entered data and
can either modify (if required by clicking "Edit Registration Form Data") or submit
by clicking "FINAL SUBMIT" option.

On successful submission of applicant data, Application Number will be displayed


on screen. The candidate has to note down the Application Number for further
reference.

Step 2. Upload Candidate is required to upload following documents: i)

Colored Photograph: The photograph should be colored. It should be without


cap or goggles. Spectacles are allowed. Polaroid photos are not acceptable.
Candidates with unclear photograph are liable to be rejected
ii) Full Signatures
iii) Certificate / Detail Marks Card of Qualifying Examination.
iv) Date of Birth certificate.

Step 3. Deposit Registration Fee Registration Fees once paid is non refundable.
The fee can be deposited through either of the following ways:
Make payment of fee through Debit/Credit Card (VISA / MASTER / Maestro
cards/ net banking). The candidate has to follow the instructions and submit the
fee through bank gateway.
OR

Through downloaded fee slip by depositing cash at Punjab National Bank. The
candidate is advised to check fee status after 48 hours on this website by
entering your Application number and password. After the confirmation of fee
deposit, he/she will be able to print fee receipt.
Online Registration fee is as below: Diploma Courses :
LEET / Pharmacy / MOP:

Rs. 550/- (for all candidates)


Rs. 1250/- (for Non-SC/ST Category)
Rs. 1000/- (for SC/ST Category)

Step 4. Print confirmation Slip


After successful submission of fee, the candidate can take print out of Confirmation
page.
Conversion table: For converting CBSE Matriculation Grades into Marks.
Those candidates who have passed matriculation exam from CBSE Board and are
desirous of taking admission in three year Diploma course, are required to convert their
grades into marks as per following chart and fill the marks obtained and max marks in
the Online Registration Form.
