: Honoured guests,

The remarkable quote was from the late Steve Jobs, the co-founder of Apple. In light
of THIS philosophy is what guided the latest innovation initiated by Bahagian
Teknologi Pendidikan (BTP) MARA – the SmartEducation or SmartEdu for short: a
project in collaboration with TM Government and other leading organisations.
MRSM Merbok is very fortunate to be amongst the 12 MRSMs to be pioneering the
SmartEducation programme.

Inspired by the motto “SPEARHEADING HOLLISTICS HUMAN CAPITAL” here we are,

honoured to be in the presence of leaders in leading technology and innovation in
the launching of the pioneer SmartEdu in MRSM MERBOK.

P In safeguarding Mara’s Vision which is “to be an outstanding organization of trust,

upholding the nation’s pride”, SmartEdu is indeed one of MARA’s efforts to be the

Therefore, we hope that the achievement and responsibility of SmartEdu that

have been bestowed upon us on today will be an inspiration; also the stepping
stone for us to continuously have the passion and motivation to strive for
