DONATION INTER VIVOS

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This DEED OF DONATION made and executed in Makati,


Philippines, by MICHELLE A. VALE CRUZ, of legal age, single, Filipino
citizen and with residence and postal address at 111 Filmore St., Brgy.
Palanan, Makati City, hereinafter called the DONOR
- in favor of LANZ AIDAN L. OLIVES, of legal age, single, Filipino citizen and
with residence and postal address at 945 Estrada St., Malate, Manila City,
hereinafter called the DONEE.
WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS, the DONOR is the absolute owner of that certain real
property situated at San Antonio, Cavite City and more particularly
described as follows:
The entire lot, measuring 5,000 sq. m. more or less, is bounded on the north
by Rizal Street; on the east by Bonifacio St.; on the south by Luna St.; and
on the west by a national road, Lopez-Jaena St.
NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the love and
affection of the DONOR for the DONEE (and for the faithful services the
latter has rendered in the past to the former), the said DONOR by these
presents hereby cedes, transfers, and conveys, by way of donation, unto said
DONEE the real property above described, together with all the buildings
and improvements existing thereon, free and clear of all liens and
encumbrances.
That the DONOR hereby states that, for the purpose of giving effect to
the donation, he has reserved for himself in full ownership sufficient
property to support him in a manner appropriate to his needs.

ACCEPTANCE
That the DONEE hereby accepts the foregoing donation of the abovedescribed property for which he expresses his sincerest appreciation and
gratitude for the kindness and liberality shown by the DONOR.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have hereunto set their
hands at the place first above written, on this 7th day of March, 2016.
