Responsibilities
Technical Project / Management:
o

Roadmap, release and sprint planning across internal engineering areas

with intricate interdependencies

o

Status reporting of team progress company wide

Reporting of engineering metrics

Triage and tracking of stories, bugs and tasks through sprints and

release cycles with adherence to SLAs

o

Planning and tracking of engineering impacts of new customer

implementations
Keeping Them Honest:
o

Tracking and coordination of interdependent engineering tasks

Collaboration with Product management, Professional Services,

Customer support and Sales including tracking and escalation of

deliverables and risks for releases
o

Cross functional representation of engineering timelines and impacts

including tracking and management of external deliverables

Continuous Improvement:
o

Creation and communication of internal processes involving

collaboration across multiple internal teams.

o

Testing and implementation of new tools to facilitate productivity

Required Skills
Project / Program Management
o

Previous project / program management experience in an engineering

department
o

Proven experience managing complex project implementations.

Previous experience designing, developing and implementing process

change

Previous development / database experience strongly preferred

Agile experience prior Scrum master experience strongly preferred

Health Care focused web-based application experience strongly

preferred
