Gather feedback from respondents during an appraisal process.
Feedback can be obtained from individuals other than the direct
manager

Questionnaire Question and Response Types


Four types of questions can be created which are stored in the questions library.
Text respondent enters a response in a text field
Single choice respondent selects a single choice from selections you
provide
Multiple choice you provide responses and respondents select one or
more responses from the options available
No response used to provide additional information or allow respondents
to add attachments
Along with the questions, you also specify the responses and how the responses
are presented in the questionnaire. You can also specify whether to allow
respondents to add attachments to the response.
