    Open KPI Browser


    Open KPI Browser. Type user name and password specified by the
    trainer.

    Locate and select KPI


    Open successively the Nokia MGW folder and then the Availability
    Performance folder. Describe the icon indicating a KPI/PI in the
    navigation tree.
    Hint! The MGW Availability Performance measurement should already
    be running due to previous exercises, but please make sure, that it is still
    active. If not, start it right now.

    How can you select all KPI/PIs of the Availability Performance folder in
    one step? Note: The limit is 50 counters.

    Deselect all KPI/PIs in one step. Which tabs are now shown in the
    navigation tree?

    Select two KPIs/PIs of your own choice from the MGW Availability
    Performance Measurement, counter_1 and counter_2. The condition
    is, that the measurements values of these counters have to be unequal
    to zero. Which counters do you choose for the further proceeding?

    In Time tab of the navigation tree select the two previous weeks and
    assure to have Day as summary level. How many sampling points do

    select all units under your MGW. Select Line Chart and view the KPI/PI

    Change the visualisation to Bar Chart and Stacked Line Chart. What is

    Now select MGW as Summary Level the in the 3G Network tab. View a
    KPI report with the same time and KPI/PI settings like before. How is the

    Change the sorting order of the table so that you see the last time value
    in the top of the Availability Performance table.

    Sort now your Availability Performance table so that you see the highest
    value of the counter_1 at the top of the table. How does the sorting
    influence the graphical KPI/PI report?

    Change KPI report using drilling operations


    As basis for the drilling view the previous report again on daily summary
    level. All of the following functions should be performed ONLY by using
    the drilling mode buttons.
