All:
How lovely is Your dwelling place, O Lord, Mighty God, Lord of all!
Psalmist:
Even the lowly sparrow finds a home for her brood;
And the swallow a nest for herself,
Where she may lay her young;
In Your altars my King and my God.
All:
How lovely is Your dwelling place, O Lord, Mighty God, Lord of all!
Psalmist:
Blessed are they whose dwelling is Your own, Lord of peace.
Blest are they refreshed by springs and by rain
When dryness daunts and scathes.
Behold my shield, my King, and my God.

If I could spend one day in Your courts, belong to You alone
My strength are You alone.
My glory, my King, and my God.
How lovely is Your dwelling place, O Lord, Mighty God, Lord of all!
How lovely Your dwelling place, O Lord, Mighty God, Lord of all!
SECOND READING
LECTOR 2:
A reading from the letter of Saint Paul to the Ephesians.
(Ephesians 5:21-22)
Let all kinds of submission to one another become obedience in Christ. So
wives to their husband; as to the Lord.
The husband is the head of his wife, as Christ is the head of the Church,
His body, of whom he is also the Savior and as the Church submit to
Christ, so let a wife submit in everything to her husband.
As for you, husbands love your wives as Christ loved the Church and gave
himself up for her. He washed her and made her holy by baptism in the
word. As he wanted a radiant Church without stain or wrinkle or any
blemish but holy and blameless, he himself had to prepare and present her
to Himself.
In the same way, husbands should love their wives as they love their own
bodies. He who loves his wife loves himself. And no one has ever hated
his body: he feeds and takes care of it. That is just what Christ does for the
Church, because we are part of his body.
Scripture says: Because of this, a man shall leave his father and mother
and be united with his wife, and the two shall become one flesh. This is a
very great mystery, and I refer to Christ and the Church. As for you, let the
wife respect her husband.
The Word of the Lord.

Some Pharisees came to Him and tried to trap Him by asking, Does our
law allow a man to divorce his wife for whatever reason he wishes? Jesus
answered, Havent you read the scripture that says that in the beginning
the creator made people male and female. And God said; For this reason
man will leave his father and mother. And unite with his wife, and two
will become one. So they are no longer two, but one. Man then, must not
separate what God has joined together.

Blessed are you, Lord God of all creation, for through your goodness we have
received the bread we offer you: fruit of the earth and work of human hands, it
will become for us the bread of life.
All:
Blessed be God forever!
The Deacon, or the Priest, pours wine and a little water into the chalice, saying quietly:
Priest:
By the mystery of this water and wine may we come to share in the divinity of
Christ who humbled himself to share in our humanity.
Priest:
Blessed are you, Lord God of all creation, for through your goodness we have
received the wine we offer you: fruit of the vine and work of human hands, it will
become our spiritual drink.
All:
Blessed be God for ever.
The Priest, bowing profoundly, says quietly:
Priest:
With humble spirit and contrite heart may we be accepted by you, O Lord, and
may our sacrifice in your sight this day be pleasing to you, Lord God.
Then the Priest, standing at the side of the altar, washes his hands, saying quietly:
Priest:
Wash me, O Lord, from my iniquity and cleanse me from my sin.
Commentator:
Standing at the middle of the altar, facing the people, extending and then joining his hands,
he says:
Priest:
Pray, brethren (brothers and sisters), that my sacrifice and yours may be
acceptable to God, the almighty Father.
All:
May the Lord accept the sacrifice at your hands for the praise and glory of his
name, for our good and the good of all his holy Church.
PRAYER OVER THE OFFERINGS
Priest:
Show favor to our supplications, O Lord, and receive with a kindly countenance
the oblations we offer for these your servants, joined now in a holy covenant, that
through these mysteries they may be strengthened in love for one another and for
you. Through Christ our Lord.

Lift up your hearts.
All:
We lift them up to the Lord.
Priest:
Let us give thanks to the Lord our God.
All:
It is right and just.
PREFACE: (Matrimony as a sign of divine love.)
Priest:
It is truly right and just, our duty and our salvation, always and everywhere to
give you thanks, Lord, holy Father, almighty and eternal God. For you willed that
the human race, created by the gift of your goodness should be raised to such high
dignity that in the union of husband and wife you might bestow a true image of
your love. For those you created out of charity you call to the law of charity
without ceasing and grant them a share in your eternal charity. And so, the
Sacrament of holy Matrimony, as the abiding sign of your own love, consecrates
the love of man and woman, through Christ our Lord. Through him, with the
Angels and all the Saints, we sing the hymn of your praise, as without end we
acclaim:
SANCTUS:
Commentator:
TAKE THIS, ALL OF YOU, AND EAT OF IT, FOR THIS IS MY BODY,
WHICH WILL BE GIVEN UP FOR YOU.
In a similar way, when supper was ended, he took the chalice and, once more
giving thanks, he gave it to his disciples, saying:
TAKE THIS, ALL OF YOU, AND DRINK FROM IT, FOR THIS IS THE
CHALICE OF MY BLOOD, THE BLOOD OF THE NEW AND
ETERNAL COVENANT. WHICH WILL BE POURED OUT FOR YOU
AND FOR MANY, FOR THE FORGIVENESS OF SINS. DO THIS IN
MEMORY OF ME.
THE MYSTERY OF FAITH (all rise)
ANAMNESIS:
Save us, Savior of the world, save us; Savior of the world, for by your Cross and
Resurrection you have set us free. Save us, Savior of the world.
PRIEST:
Remember, Lord, your Church, spread throughout the world, and bring her to the
fullness of charity, together with Francis our Pope and Elenito our Bishop and all
the clergy.
Father, accept this offering from your whole family and from Jason and Rizza for
whom we now pray. Grant them the gift and joy of children and a long and happy
life together.
Remember also our brothers and sisters who have fallen asleep in the hope of the
resurrection, and all who have died in your mercy: welcome them into the light of
your face. Have mercy on us all, we pray, that with the Blessed Virgin Mary,
Mother of God, with blessed Joseph, her Spouse, with the blessed Apostles,
and all the Saints who have pleased you throughout the ages, we may merit to be
coheirs to eternal life, and may praise and glorify you through your Son, Jesus
Christ.
Through him, and with him, and in him, O God, almighty Father, in the unity of
the Holy Spirit, all glory and honor is yours, for ever and ever.

All:

Priest:
Lord Jesus Christ, who said to your Apostles: Peace I leave you, my peace I give
you, look not on our sins, but on the faith of your Church, and graciously grant
her peace and unity in accordance with your will. Who live and reign for ever and
ever.
All:
Amen
Priest:
The peace of the Lord be with you always.
All:
And with your spirit.
Priest:
Let us offer each other the sign of peace.
(Then he takes the host, breaks it over the paten, and places a small piece in the chalice,
saying quietly)
May this mingling of the Body and Blood of our Lord Jesus Christ bring eternal life to us who receive
it.
Agnus Dei:
Lamb of God, you take away the sins of the world, have mercy, have mercy on us.
(2x)
Lamb of God, you take away the sins of the world, Grant us peace, grant us peace.
Priest:
Behold the Lamb of God, behold him who takes away the sins of the world.
Blessed are those called to the supper of the Lamb.
Lord, I am not worthy that you should enter under my roof, but only say the word
and my soul shall be healed.
All:
After this, he takes the paten or ciborium and approaches the communicants. The Priest raises a host
slightly and shows it to each of the communicants, saying:

RECESSIONAL HYMN:
As I sing my hearts thanksgiving and my eyes look heaven ward, how the
stars you flung like jewels bid your welcome, shine your light. As I marvel
at your moonrise, Im in awe yet I ask. What am I that you should love
me, and hold me as your dearest love of all.
You crown me with honor and glory, and you set all things under my feet.
You have made me little less than angels even if I fly often away.
In my anxious and browbeaten moments you comfort me, fill me with
peace. When my foes threaten, dare, and surround me, youre my strength
youre my light and my shield.
