Typical Process Datasheet For Restriction Orifice

This document provides details on the typical contents included in a process datasheet for a restriction orifice. It lists identification information such as tag number, service, area, P&ID number, supplier, and model. It also lists equipment conditions including line sizes, ratings, design temperature/pressure, material, fluid, phase, corrosive compounds, and flowrate. Finally, it provides operating conditions like temperature, pressures, specific gravity, viscosity, vapor pressure, critical pressure, molecular weight, compressibility factor, specific heat ratio, densities, and flash across the orifice. An example process datasheet for a restriction orifice is included.
