1) The 1st grade class will take two field trips in the coming weeks - on April 16th to the San Jose Repertory Theatre and Caesar Chavez Park, and on April 30th to the Fujitsu Planetarium. Permission slips are due by Wednesday for the first trip. 2) The class will also take field trips later in May to strawberry picking and a nature park. 3) Important upcoming dates include a banjo presentation, early dismissal, a spring musical performance, children's choir singing, and mid-term reports being sent home.
