properly recorded.
2) Provide planning and cost controlling support for all projects which includes
variation reporting, monitoring of milestone progress to the preparation of customer
billing processes, etc
5) Ensure effective project implementation and utilize productive reports from the
creation of WBS with the use of project management system to monitor the status
of all purchases, invoicing and delivery up to the closure of the project.
6) Prepare monthly vessel movement report for the monitoring of the vessel
activities on a daily basis and register all downtime, consumptions and vessel
related issues relating to the project promptly to the project manager and
management.
7) Coordinate and work with the project management team to resolve project issues
to ensure the delivery/completion of the project work.
8) Attend project meetings and discussions with the PMT and external clients ,
Perform project costing related reporting to the team and managements review on
a monthly basis to ensure that expenditures are kept within the project budget.
9) Provide cost control and planning advice to the internal PMT team as and when
required.
Skills
1)Degree in Civil Engineering with specialization in Project Management or Cost
Control related training.
2)Min 3- 5 years relevant and similar capacity in project estimating and cost
controlling preferably in Offshore Construction/EPCIC industry
6) Possess good project background and technical writing ability and skills.
Job Description:
Monitors project actual costs, determine and analyze cost variances and develop
cost trends and projections using and presenting the Budgeted Cost for Work
Scheduled, Budgeted Cost for Work Performed, Actual Cost for Work Scheduled,
Actual Cost for Work Performed and Cost Performance Index
Liaises with project different sections in cost allocation, accounting and control
matters.

Minimum Requirement
Well conversant with cost control, cash flows, budgeting, variations etc.
