The Architect and the Bidder Agree as follows:

Ownership of Documents
Plans, Specifications and other related Contract Documents are
the properties of the Owner and therefore they shall be returned
complete and in proper order, upon submittal of Bids but not
later than 2 days after the award of the contract. Failure to do
so shall mean forfeiture of Bid Deposits.

Clarification of MEANING and/or DISCREPANCIES of


Drawings, Specifications and Site Conditions.
Any discrepancies found between the Drawings & Specifications
and Site conditions or any error, changes, or omissions in the
Drawings or Specification shall be immediately reported to the
Architect who shall promptly correct such discrepancies, errors
or omissions after his recovery.

VRB Architectural Services, SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR NON-CONFORMITY OF


BID DUE TO THE MISINTERPRETATION OF DRAWINGS, SPECIFICATIONS & SITE
CONDITIONS. Any work involving such discrepancies shall be done at the Contractors
risk.

Conference prior to date of Bidding


Bidders are enjoined to confer with the Architect prior to bidding
date thru the Pre-Bid Conference or queries addressed thru fax.
All questions and discrepancies shall be clarified and explained
by the Architect on such conference or thru fax. Should there be
no questions asked, the Architect assumes that the bidder
understand the plans. Inform the Architect for clarification of
discrepancies. His discussion shall be final.

Sealed proposal in duplicate using the sample bid form, retyped on the Contractors letterhead legal size paper kept inside

all bids without explanations on the basis of non-conformity of
bid documents to procedures of bidding.
The Architect and the Bidders to this Agreement hereby agree
to full performance of the covenants contained herein.
