Jacobian Matrix and Determinant

The Jacobian matrix is the matrix of all first-order partial derivatives of a vector-valued function. It generalizes the concept of the derivative to vector-valued functions of multiple variables. The Jacobian determinant is the determinant of the Jacobian matrix and provides important information about the local behavior of the function, such as whether the function is invertible near a given point. Examples are given demonstrating how to compute the Jacobian matrix and determinant for various coordinate transformations.
