Preconstruction Testing:
Where testing agency is indicated to perform

OFFSITE INSPECTION:

The Contractor shall give appropriate written notice to the Company not less than
30 days before offsite inspection services are required, and shall provide for the
producer, manufacturer, or fabricator to furnish safe access and proper facilities and to
cooperate with inspecting personnel in the performance of their duties.

The Contractor shall maintain control over procurement sources to ensure that
materials and equipment conform to specified requirements in the Contract
Documents.

The Contractor shall comply with manufacturers printed instructions regarding all
facets of materials and/or equipment movement, storage, installation, testing, startup,
and operation.
Should circumstances occur where the contract documents are more stringent than
the manufacturers printed instructions, the Contractor shall comply with the
specifications. In cases where the manufacturers printed instructions are more
stringent than the contract documents, the Contractor shall advise the Company of the
disparity and conform to the manufacturers printed instructions. In either case, the
Contractor is to apply the more stringent specification or recommendation, unless
accepted otherwise by the Company.
