I finally resolved this issue.

Dear users, who ever is facing the "Consider Replacing Battery" Issue in windows
7, read it out .1st of all, run the command prompt with administrator privilege
s and in command prompt, change the destination path to C:\ and then type POWERC
FG -ENERGY. It will scan ur battery status and after 1 minute, it will generate
a report which will be saved in the same destination in which the command had be
en performedi.e C:\. Open the energy report and check the battery's designed cap
acity and the last full charge. There will be a difference in both values as wel
l as in the red columns (which are the warnings)it will be saying that battery h
as been charged below 40%. Note the last full charge reading and then perform th
e below given steps...this was mine figures: Battery:Battery Information

charge the battery completely, after that, start using laptop on battery and unp

gets shutdown, On it again without plugging the charger and start using the lap
top until and unless the battery is totally emptied. Then plug in the charger an

ur last full charge crosses the 40% of the design capacity. still facing proble

Tips to ensure optimal battery life
Use the AC adapter whenever possible, but not all the time. Use the battery
on its own as well.
Set the Windows Power Management settings to maximum savings.
Lower the brightness setting on the screen backlight.
Disconnect any unused devices (e.g., modems, wireless LAN cards) when not ne
eded.
Disable Auto Insert Notification on the CD-ROM.
Turn off Autosave features.
Disable automatic formatters, spell checkers, and autorecalculate features.
Add RAM to lower disk access time.
If you have a backup battery, use it in rotation with the current battery.
Use the Suspend or Hibernate feature when taking a break.
Fully drain and recharge the battery every couple of months, this helps to r
ecalibrate the smart electronics even if the cells are fine.
Minimize the number of programs running at the same time.
Check the power save settings under the BIOS. If this is not enabled then th
e Windows Power Management settings may not work properly.
If you are taking the battery out to store it, make sure it has atleast 40 50% charge. DO NOT fully charge it or discharge it before storage.
Use smaller programs when possible (e.g., WordPad versus Word).
Minimize game play and DVD viewing.
