DK145A9 is a field-programmable indicator designed to be used with strain gauge
based transducers. The main features of this equipment are:
Simple installation
Accurate operation under varied condition
Good accuracy and high resolution
Unambiguous digital display, distant visibility
Micro-controller based operation
The indicator can be programmed through keypad for resolution, filter time constant,
decimal point and set point (For Loadcell A and Loadcell B individually). Tare,
calibration and system reset are also performed through keypad (For Loadcell A and
Loadcell B individually). The front panel has got 3 separate digital displays (LED) for
Loadcell A, Loadcell B Loadcell (A+B) and one keypad.
Indicator is having two
separate inputs from loadcell (Loadcell A & Loadcell -B) the power supply, input and
output are at rear end.

Filter time constant
This system incorporates a digital low pass filter for filtering out noise in the load
signal. This filter time constant can be set from 0000 to 9999, which are the minimum
and maximum values. The filtering would be maximum at 9999 and so the rate at which
load value is updated will be minimum (i.e. reading update will be slower) and vice
versa when time constant is set at 0000.
