A. Microsoft Excel:
Lesson 1:
1.1 Introduction:

Definition of cells, range, formulae and functions (using = symbol, mathematical symbols, box
of formulae, shortcut for sum, Auto Fill and Copy Paste)
Definition of workbook, worksheets, ribbon.

1.2 Basics:

How to format cells (number format, colors, alignment, copy paste, format text)
How to quickly find and replace certain information.
Using provided and customized templates.
Data Validation (gii hn format tin)
Date and Time entry (using symbols (/ - :); how to extract year, month, date out of a date entry;
how to add time/ date; current time entry)

Lesson 2:
2.1 Functions (These are used to calculate and handling the data.)
Basic Formulae:

SUM; COUNT (COUNTIF(S), COUNTA); MIN MAX; AVERAGE, LARGE SMALL

Logical Formulae:

IF, OR, AND

Data References:

Relative: the selected cell, can be changed when Auto Fill.


Absolute: cells in the formulae that cant be changed when Auto Fill. ($B$3*H3; B$6*$B2-$B3)

Text:

Combine Text: =A1& &B1


Extract 3 first letters (LEFT, RIGHT, MID, LEN, FIND, SUBTITUTE)

Progress:

After using MAX function you can press F9 to extract the highest progress maker.
