Preamble:
In striving to demonstrate a transparent approach to our organization, we have
compiled a summary of information that we hope will provide further insight into Hall
Pacific and its Principal, Fraser Hall. Please find a summary of Frasers background
and a selection of projects completed and underway at Hall Pacific.
Education:
Bachelor of Computer Engineering University of Western Ontario
Master in Business Administration University of British Columbia
Development Management:
Prior to forming Hall Pacific, Fraser worked as a development manager for the Onni
Group of Companies in Vancouver. His portfolio of projects centered on large scale
master-planned communities in the lower mainland, with both residential and
commercial applications.

approximately 1,250 residential units,
with high-rise and low-rise condos, lofts
and townhouse units. It also contains
100,000 square feet of ground-floor
retail (grocery, liquor, financial,
restaurants).

residences, Victoria Hill contains 1,200
residential units and 2,500 square feet
of commercial space (communal shops
and services).

Hall Pacific:
Fraser decided to break out on his own and form Hall Pacific Enterprises in 2011.
Having commercial development experience at Onni and with strong relations to one
of western Canadas fastest growing retail brokerages, From Retail, Fraser would
focus on highway oriented retail developments in British Columbia and Alberta. Hall
Pacific primarily targets national level tenants such as grocery, drug and financial
anchored developments. Although operating out of Vancouver, Fraser prefers to work
outside the lower mainland in smaller markets, including his hometown of Kelowna,
BC where business moves faster and there is a more personal relationship with the
community.

Entrepreneur
Apart from real estate, Fraser is also the founder of several very successful start-ups
and a Seed Fund to finance and accelerate growth of young companies.
Recon Instruments
Recon Instruments is a Canadian technology company that produces headsup display solutions for sports. The company has sold over 50,000 units
worldwide and released its newest product line targeting cycling and running
in April 2015. On June 16th, 2015 Intel Corporation acquired Recon
Instruments.

Social Responsibility
Fraser spent 2 years as volunteer Captain for the Sea Shepherd Conservation
Society, and still returns when needed on campaigns at sea. He has led many
missions to uphold international maritime law in defense of marginalized ocean
species around the world.
