Examination
Our course-fee includes the ITIL Intermediate Operational Support and Analysis
examination. The exam consists of eight graded multiple-choice questions and which will
be undertaken on a separate (half) day shortly after the main four-day module, to allow
for study and preparation.
The exam provides the candidate with the ITIL Intermediate Qualification:
Operational Support and Analysis (OSA) Certificate that leads to the ITIL
Expert in IT Service Management Certificate.
