After configuring this
Go to TOOLS
Int Options
LAN Settings --Proxy server- Check use Proxy server Advanced Exceptions
Add 10.196.218.15
Click ok ok ok
The settings will save only after PC restarted or rebooted.

LAN CARD SETTINS


In the Network and sharing center click View status of LAN and click Properties continue
select internet protocol version 4 and click properties
Enter the following DNS address in
Use the following DNS server address
Preferred DNS address as
Alternate DNS address as

10.196.222.193
10.196.222.194

After this install dotnet , JRE and Er_reports.exe


Finally restart the PC
type 10.196.218.15 in the address bar of Internet explorer to get CDR Menu and enter your
Username and password
