For monitor and control for beeficious,our company will follow step by steps for monitor and
control the market.Example of the monitor and contol that we had is meeting ,idea
presentation ,research product making,product trial ,pricing determination,introduce of
product,promotion and customer feedback and evaluation.
Beeflicious is a company where produce and sell pickle beef product.We control our
production to maintained the quality and customer satistification.To archieve that , we had
choose the greatest beef quality. As is generally known, beef is the flesh of a slaughtered
steer, cow, or other adult bovine animal. These animals may be sold to be slaughtered as
young as 1-1/2 to 2 years old, but beef of the best quality is obtained from them when they
are from 3 to 4 years of age.
When the quality of beef is to be determined, the amount, quality, and color of the
flesh, bone, and fat must be considered. The surface of a freshly cut piece of beef should be
bright red in color. When it is exposed to the air for some time, the action of the air on the
blood causes it to become darker, but even this color should be a good clear red.
Any unusual color is looked on with suspicion by a person who understands the requirements
of good meat. To obtain beef of the best quality, it should be cut crosswise of the fiber. In
fact, the way in which meat is cut determines to a great extent the difference between tender
and tough meat and, consequently, the price that is charged.This difference can be readily
seen by examining the surface of a cut. It will be noted that the tender parts are made up of
short fibers that are cut directly across at right angles with the surface of the meat, while the
tougher parts contain long fibers that run either slanting or almost parallel to the surface.
We also guarantee the item and the factory cleanliness.All the workers need to follow
uniform rules and regulation that prepared by the factory to make sure our product quality in
good condition.In terms of transportation, we will use suitable lorry to make sure the
condition of our product does not damage as we know beef is very sensitive with
temperature.

11.1 SALES REPORT
The first 2 month , we found that our company profit increased month per month.This is
because we find out revenue of the sale of the product receive high response.It is because the
advertisement department success to introduce our new product to consumer.We also get
feedback from our customer that give positive comment about the taste.
12.0 RECOMMENDATION
There are a few recommendation that we think relevant about our product.Firstly , we
think the government should encourange the young entrepreneur especially in the rural area
to produce the preserved meat widely because this product has many potential to be trending
food in Malaysia.This is because ,preserved meat have a good quality in longer lasting and
the taste is very special from the other meat.
Then the government should introduce the preserved meat widely in Malaysia as our
local traditional food.This is the way to make the preserved meat will be more well known
by local citizen.The youth especially in th urban area do not know about preserved meat
because they do were not introduce about that.Parent also should make the preserved meat as
one their routine menu at homes so that their family will know more about preserved meat
than other fast food.In fact,there are various of recipe that can be make by using preserved
meat because it is easy to cook and delicious.
Besides that, the preserved meat is our own traditional food recipe that was inherited
from one generation to another generation in Malay tradition.So the government can
introduce this food to other country or to the tourist that come to visit our country.This will
make them know about our product more and can introduced the preserved meat widely
around the world.It can give advantages in the export and import business.We also can
improve our economy as well as the lifestyle of the young entrepreneur in Malaysia.The
youth especially those who are graduated from the universities can grab this opportunities
and the unemployed rate will decrease.
