INTRODUCTION
BOVS Apparels Limited is a sister concern of Padma Group of Converters (PGC), a
renowned industrial conglomerate of Bangladesh. Although BOVS is the ninth and the last concern of the group, it has come a long way since its inception in 2009. Currently BOVS is exporting USD 5 million worth of garments on an annual basis. Although starting out small, today the factory has a production capacity of 100,000 pieces woven bottom garments per month. The management of the company is firm believers in the motto Customer is King, and therefore all necessary actions are taken to ensure highest level of satisfaction to customer in terms of quality and on-time delivery with reasonable price. PRODUCTS BOVS is manufacturer and exporter of all kind of woven bottom items (long pants, cargo pants, shorts, bermudas, boxers, pajamas, skirts etc.) based on denim, twill, poplin and microfiber fabrics (both stretch and non-stretch) for men, women and children Local sourcing of fabrics is preferred by BOVS, however fabrics are also imported from China or India as per customer requirement.

BOVS has highly experienced merchandising and commercial team highly capable of providing best quality service to customers from any corner of the world. MANUFACTURING AND QUALITY BOVS is situated in its own individual premises at Hemayetpur, Savar, Dhaka. Currently 80,000 square feet floor space is being used by the factory, with provision to use further 80,000 square feet when production capacity is extended. Lead time for local fabrication- 90 days Lead time for imported fabrication- 120 days Lead time for emergency cases- 60 days Currently 4 sewing lines are running at the factory, with production capacity of 25,000 pieces/line/month. Achieving high quality is number 1 priority for the management at BOVS. Therefore very strong and independent quality team is present in the factory. Process flow is designed in such a way so that there is quality is checked at every level of production starting from fabric inspection to packing audits. Thus quality is assured in line. BOVS is regularly facing pre-shipment inspections at AQL 2.5 by customer representatives and customer designated third parties (SGS, Intertek, SGT etc.). BOVS has excellent record in these inspections and is confident to face even higher requirements if necessary.
